Board member since 2022

Katie Nurnberger is a dedicated community leader and passionate advocate for historic preservation and local artistry. She has been a board member of Noblesville Preservation Alliance (NPA) since 2022 and was elected board president in 2025. Her commitment to preserving Noblesville's historic architecture and authentic charm is evident through her active involvement in various preservation initiatives and local philanthropic endeavors.

Katie's dedication to community non-profit organizations extends far beyond NPA. She is also a past president and current board member of Noblesville Main Street (NMS), where she serves as the NMS Farmer’s Market committee chair. She also serves on the boards of The Indiana Peony Festival and their Brunch and Blooms committee, the Hamilton County Artists’ Association as events chair, and Spotlight On Art.

Additionally, Katie and her husband, Chris, are the proud owners of the historic Lacy Building in downtown Noblesville, which they purchased in November 2021. They are currently restoring the building in an effort to create workspaces and studios. Once completed, The Lacy Arts Building will serve as a haven for local artists and musicians alike to showcase and express their unique talents.

She and her husband reside in Old Town Noblesville along with their four children: Athen, Nevaeh, Charlotte, and Banyan.
